He has published numerous articles and editorials, co-authored feasibility studies finalized to support local public institutions, in particular municipalities and provinces, in the start-up of urban pilot projects involving the creation of a network of [[Piazza Telematica]].  
His professional experience ranges from the design of information systems and on-line information services to numeric cartography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).  


He works in the VAS-[[Value-added service]] marketing since 1980.  
Before that, in the 70's, he has gained international experiences in electric plant engineering and in the design of lifting machines for the construction industry.
