I truly do not know how we would add that image on CZ. I believe it is the same image as in the Wikipedia article. I do not know about the license. I think we could get another profile picture for Raúl, a better one perhaps.

:Saludos, Jorge.  Thanks for pinpointing a flaw in the Upload Wizard.  I've added {{Tl|Needmediatemplate}} to the available options at [http://en.citizendium.org/wiki?title=Special:Upload&uselang=wikimedia the Wizard option for Wikimedia Commons/Wikipedia].  If you decide to use this photo, just choose the "None of the above" option; you'll see it there now.  Like Robert says, it'll just take a few moments for someone to make the license version ported for Spain from {{Tl|CC-by-2.5-br}}.
