CZ:Charter/Things to address but not in charter

This page is dedicated to drafting a charter for Citizendium and should only be edited by those eight Citizens elected to the drafting Committee. The talk page is also reserved for them to discuss the evolution of the document. Other Citizens, please comment on the dedicated thread at the Citizen Forum. Non-Citizens can comment in a separate thread at the non-Member Forum.

This is the final version of the document drafted by the Charter drafting Committee. It shall be subject to a public vote.

This page lists some of the things that should be institutionalized but not directly in the charter. Points to be addressed in the charter are collected at CZ:Charter drafting/Things to address but not in charter.

1. How to decide about editorship?
2. How to decide about technical features, e.g. new subpage types?
3. Policies: Neutrality policy, approval policy, style policy, user page use policies, etc.
4. Statistics: how are we doing? That has to include read counts, not only creation statistics. Definition of success might be in the charter.
