While "militarism" is indeed used in scholarly literature, the term has so much political and emotional baggage that I'd prefer something more neutral -- not that I can think of one. Better title?
While "militarism" is indeed used in scholarly literature, the term has so much political and emotional baggage that I'd prefer something more neutral -- not that I can think of one.
