Jeffrey Michael (Jeff) Fisher (born February 25, 1958 in [[Culver City]], [[California]]) is a former [[American football]] coach and player. He played as a defensive back and punt return for the [[Chicago Bears]] in the [[National Football League]] (NFL) from 1981 to 1985, when his career ended prematurely because of injury. He turned to coaching and ultimately became a head coach at, first, the [[Tennessee Titans]] from 1995 to 2010; then at the [[St Louis Rams]] from 2012 to 2016.
