I teach in the Communication Department at Seton Hall University.  I specialize in rhetorical theory and criticism, especially as applied in media and the arts.  I earned my Ph.D. at Penn State University, my M.A. at Northern Illinois Univerity, and my B.A. at the University of New Hampshire.  I also work as a performing musician.
