Is as rare and small species of [[orchid]] possibly from the [[Atlantic Forest]] of [[Sao Paulo]] State, [[Brazil]], intermediate to other ''[[Leptotes (orchid)|Leptotes]]'' species, from which it can be distinguished by its white [[flower]]s with a bright purple mark and two calli on the [[labellum]].
