Disambiguate, link, combine?
There is already Altitude, which also is something of a placeholder but with a navigation and engineering focus. See also Bearing (direction).
I'm open to edits, but these certainly should cross-link and possibly merge. Howard C. Berkowitz 21:19, 24 November 2008 (UTC)

- At the very least, they need to disambiguate. That means a seealso on the first definition, or renaming it; there are quite a number of existing links to altitude so renaming might be painful.
