This title is capitalized in an odd way. It was apparently imported from Wikipedia as is. A quick Google search shows different standards for alphabetizing a journal article, so I'm not sure how to fix it. Capitalization of article title

This title is capitalized in an odd way. It was apparently imported from Wikipedia as is. A quick Google search shows different standards for alphabetizing a journal article, so I'm not sure how to fix it.
