I'm a freelance and hobbyist programmer (Ruby and Scala), have an MA in philosophy from Heythrop College, University of London, help run BarCamps. I'm a vegetarian, like soul music, UNIX, am an atheist, like to think about metaphysics and epistemology, am a recovering libertarian who has turned back to being a political lefty.

My personal site is tommorris.org. I'm also on Twitter and put my code up on Github. I have a blog.

Policy and Admin Stuff

  • I stood for election to both the Editorial and Management Councils in the autumn of 2010, and I've been elected and now currently serve on the Editorial Council.
  • I think the most important thing for Citizendium is producing more pages. I have a page called Getting to 100,000 to help us plan how to push to hit 100,000 articles.
  • I run the @cz_newdrafts bot. If you are an active Twitter user and want your new drafts to be linked to your Twitter account (or want to stop doing so after having agreed to in the past), please leave a note on my user talk page. Source code. Newdrafts Consent
  • I would like to organise Research Days - see User:Tom Morris/London Research Day
  • I have been drafting a User:Tom Morris/Draft Style Guide
  • Notes

See User:Tom Morris/Archive Page List for stuff I've worked on in the past.

If there's something you'd like me to do on Citizendium, please put it in a list below and sign it. I may or may not do it. You may want to also put it on Requested Articles so someone else can do it.
