Editorial Council members:

To vote for Editorial Council Resolution 0014, sign your name (by writing "~~~") below "Yes"; to vote against the resolution, sign your name below "No." Only Editorial Council members may vote. The vote will start on Friday, March 20, 2009 at 2045 UTC and close on Monday, March 30, 2009 at 0445 UTC (voting cannot end on a weekend)

The Editorial Council was merged with the Management Council into a single governing body in 2013. All EC rules and decisions were upheld
