Known issues for the wiki:
- clicking on a non-existent "standard" subpages does not create it like it once did
- rpl template fails after a certain number of uses in one page (?)
- some Metadata pages failing with rpl template
- need automation for creating new articles with subpages
Possibly okay now:
- Gmail not receiving emails from citizendium.org - dealt with 11/11/2022
- Logon timeout problem - improved but not eliminated in Nov 2022
- probably dealt with after upgrading to PHP 8.x on 6/9/2023

Extensions to look at:
- Extension:ConfirmAccount
- Adds Special:RequestAccount, Special:ConfirmAccounts, Special:UserCredentials. Requires "Sysop" permissions.
