Also called simply the Rural Health Care Coalition (RHCC), the Congressional Rural Health Care Coalition is a member support organization of the U.S. House of Representatives. It is co-chaired by Rep. Earl Pomeroy (D-ND) and Congressman Greg Walden (R-OR).

Among its accomplishmens are creating the Office of Rural Health Policy within the Department of Health and Human Services,[[establishing the Rural Health Transition Grant Program, and forming the Critical Access Hospital program.
