(Wow, I just got cut off yet again from citizendium which is why it's taken so long to reply) They maybe terms but they are not major terms. Presence would end up being a few sentences in SIP, same with peace operations. Google hits "Presence" + "album" = 3,540,000. Google hits Presence + "Session Initiation Protocol" = 180,000. Sorry. Still, popular culture isn't necessarily the judge of what should be the definitive title. I'd strongly suspect there are more instances of Session Initiation Protocol than copies of the album -- SIP is one of the basic Internet telephony protocols.
