Which image

OK without realizing it I have duplicated the efforts of making this image, over at PD-icon.png. Is this image copyright valid, being from Wikimedia commons and whatnot? If it is then my image (PD-icon.png) should be speedydeleted. Should there be some kind of approval of images, as there is with articles, letting us know that an image is "legal" and everything checks out? Eric M Gearhart
