Hi, I'm proud to contribute to Citizendium since the first days of the pilot project.

I'm graduated economist, founder and chairman of the CICB Center of Intercultural Competence (www.cicb.net, working internationally in several languages mainly in the domains of research, assessment and teaching assignments) and director at the A+O Career Group (www.aocareergroup.ch, specialized in assessment, coaching and outplacement focused on management and board members).

I'm author of the "Handbuch Interkulturelle Kompetenz" (two volumes, in German language; translation into English planned for 2007; ISBN 3-280-02691-1 and ISBN 3-280-05081-2).

Until 1999 I worked for Swissair (the Swiss airline); my last position was Deputy General Manager, being responsible for economics, marketing, network management, purchase and sales in the Swissair Training Center (assessment of pilots and management within Swissair and other companies, instruction and training of pilots and flight attendants).

On business-related and private trips I visited over 70 countries so far.
