Place this template on media who's copyright information has been verified. Do not add this template to your own media, ask someone else to verify it for you.
Usage and examples
The first parameter is for the verifiers name. You can use three tildas, as seen below or simply write your name. The second parameter is for the date of verification. You can use five tildas, as seen below, or simply write the date yourself. The third parameter is for a link to the page where copyright information can be found. Do not use wiki-markup in this field, as the template adds the markup itself.
