Eastern Kingdoms

Its been a long time, but when last I played WoW, Gnomeregan was in ruins, and the surviving Gnomes had fled to Ironforge to live with the Dwarves. This detail probably isn't going to change any time soon in the Warcraft story, so mentioning Gnomeregan and calling it the "Gnome Capital" is perhaps a bit misleading.--Eric Clevinger 03:42, 25 March 2010 (UTC)

Actually the Gnomes are in the middle of retaking Gnomeregan [1]. They still consider it their capital, even if they don't currently live there, and within the next 6 months (probably less) it will be retaken. Whether or not this needs explaining in more detail I am unsure. --Chris Key 10:21, 25 March 2010 (UTC)
Wow. I stand corrected. I guess I shouldn't have assumed that this detail would stay the same. Cool stuff. And with this in mind, I suppose the details about Gnomeregan can stay as they are. Thanks for the clarification. --Eric Clevinger 00:32, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
