This is a (perhaps temporary) place where we can post links to articles that have been deleted--but which we don't wish to completely eliminate. Articles in the "Cold Storage" area are not editable, and it will require an editor request to remove an article from Cold Storage so that articles may continue to be edited. Only editors may move articles into Cold Storage.
Constables: put the {{coldstorage}} template at the top of articles in Cold Storage.
