A disambiguation page is a page, found by searching, that lists multiple articles containing the searched-for word.

{{ disambig }} must be included in the top of disambiguation pages; this adds the page to the Category:Disambiguation. Disambiguation pages are plain; they should not be assigned to any other category or workgroup, nor have subpages. They should contain only a list of articles using the {{ tl | rpl | Article name }}[1] format. Each article so listed will display as a bullet item with the [[Article name/Definition]] page contents shown to the right, plus an icon showing the article's development status.

If the [[Article name/Definition]] page is missing for a given disambiguated article, it can be added by clicking on the "[e]" (edit) at the end of each definition link, or added by clicking the appropriate link near the top of the article's Discussion subpage.

Each disambiguated article should also have {{seealso|Keyword}} at the top.
