CZ Talk:Content Policy

What is the intent of this page? My guess is that it should include sections on legalities (copyright, licensing, etc.), self-promotion/spam, neutrality, the family-frienly policy, and some guidance about writing style, with links to more fully fleshed-out pages on each of those issues.
