My guess for the reason to delete [[Bao Dai]] was because it dated since 2008 after being imported from Wikipedia, without being updated. Another reason could be that there was no article that referred to [[Bao Dai]]. I refer to Bao Dai in my article Nguyen Ngoc Bich. If Bao Dai is deleted, there would be a missing or inexistent (red link) article.
My guess for the reason to delete Bao Dai was because it dated since 2008 after being imported from Wikipedia, without being updated.
Another reason could be that there was no article that referred to Bao Dai. Now Nguyen Ngoc Bich does refer to Bao Dai, but I need to also refer to external links, such as the Wikipedia article Bao Dai, for more extensive and complete details.
