Executive Order 12333 is an Executive Order signed into effect on by U.S. President George W. Bush on September 23, 2001.[1][2] The order authorizes Federal agencies of the United States Government to implement economic sanctions, and seize of assets, of organizations designated as having ties to terrorism.
