General Portals

Unesco free software portal info about and links to free software.

The Free Software Foundation http://www.fsf.org/ The directory http://directory.fsf.org/ has lots of software, but probably lots of technical stuff. The GNU project http://www.gnu.org/ also links to the same directory.

International Free and Open Source Software Foundation http://www.ifossf.org/ actually, I'm not sure what this is, whether it has software or not. But it seems like an interesting organization.
