Frustration is a feeling that arises when one cannot achieve a hoped for outcome. Frustration usually comes about after all known attempts to reach the desired outcome are exhausted, or when there is not enough prior information known to acheive something but an attempt is made regardless. Frustration may occur because of some known or unknown external force preventing the outcome.
