Adverse reactions
Gastrointestinal
NSAIDs may contribute to gastrointestinal ulceration including peptic ulcer disease.
Renal
NSAIDs may cause acute kidney injury due to acute tubular necrosis. This may rarely occur after just a few doses.[1]
