Otto von Erdmannsdorf was a German diplomat who served as Ministerial Director and Deputy to the Chief of the Political Department of the Reich Foreign Office from 1941 until the major reorganization of 1943 by Joachim von Ribbentrop. The Chief was Ernst von Weizsaecker.

He had been Minister to Hungary between 1937 and 1941.

Von Erdmannsdorf was a defendant in the Ministries Case (NMT), but was acquitted.
