this seems a reasonable overview. The quote you've given looks unreliable to me, for several reasons - one giveaway is using the term "amygdaloid body". Doubt very much that an effect on GABA catabolism could produce acute effects - that's not the way its inactivated in the CNS. Suggest you ditch that reference, and definitely lose that quote.
