I agree that ID means lotsa other things. But so far as I can tell, there is a lot of energy being devoted here in CZ to Intelligent Design, and they are calling it ID throughout. In Wikipedia they have something called disambiguity, if I recall, that lists various things such as "Big Three" or common names such as "Jack Crawford", in an article, with descriptions and links to the relevant one.
