Apparently he was there just to see who it was and if he could help us. I resored his being blocked, YET he keeps getting autoblack-signals - he can't enter CZ. Dear Ruth,
As a constable, I think there's something that will need your attention: One User:Vladimir Shpak created an Article called Vladimir Shpak. This is probably a mistake, as the info is such that he would have on his user page. It should be deleted, I think. SEO also sounds like a test rather than anything serious.
