Glycoprotein IIb > IIIa inhibitors

Glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors include eptifibatide and tirofiban. These medication block the platelet glycoprotein GPIIb-IIIa complex and are used for treating acute coronary syndromes.[1]
