Perhaps we should consider combining this article with Apple (fruit)? The beginning of this article even starts out saying that: The apple is the pomaceous fruit of the apple tree. I think an editor from one of the workgroups involved should probably weigh in on this so we can try to standardize. For example, Banana as it stands now contains information about both the fruit and the tree species. --Todd Coles 22:18, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
