"Execution"

I changed the word "execution" in the first sentence of the article, and in the definition, to "killing," because technically, in legal parlance, "execution" can refer to judicial actions much less drastic than killing someone, and besides, it's the sentence, not the person, that is "executed." Of course it's true that, colloquially, most people do speak of a condemned person's being "executed," but I thought that in the definition of this term it might be better to use a less ambiguous term.
