Rouleaux a specific aggregation

Robert, this is from memory, but isn't Rouleaux aggregation a subset? My recollection is that such aggregates tended to be symmetrical triangles or squares of cells, but it's been a long time since I've really looked at erythrocyte morphology. Howard C. Berkowitz 21:00, 13 October 2009 (UTC)

Incidentally, we have articles both for erythrocyte and red blood cells (plural). Shouldn't these merge? Howard C. Berkowitz 21:02, 13 October 2009 (UTC)
