Project title: The Development of a Peat Mound: A case study of the Wonderkrater peat mound, NaboomSpruit, South Africa.
Supervisor: Prof T. McCarthy, Wits University This project entailed the study of a peat fen in a semi arid area. The study involved the use of X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction samples taken from the mound and phytoliths identification and analysis. Exacavations of the site still continue, and I have been a member of the excavation team from 2005-present.
MSc Degree in Palaeontology, University of the Witwatersrand. Graduated 27 June 2007, with Distinction. Project title: An Osteological documentation of hybrid wildebeest and its bearing on black wildebeest evolution.

This project looks at the potential use of statistics in identifying Hybrid Morphology in Wildebeest.

My project is entitled: SIZE VARIATION AND BODY PROPORTIONS IN AN ISOLATED HOLOCENE-AGED POPULATION OF HOMINIDS FROM PALAU, MICRONESIA AND ITS IMPACT ON OUR UNDERSTANDING OF VARIATION IN EXTINCT HOMINIDS.
