This article appears to have been split off from a more general article on transistors. I've moved material pertinent to MOSFETs to the article [[MOSFET]]. I've also changed the definition of CMOS to refer to the circuit architecture rather than to a bipolar device, which seems to me in line with today's usage. [[User:John R. Brews|John R.
