:The ME can still appoint an Election Committee but it's worded to stop them from simply filling the Council with their own appointees. Anthony devised Article 50 of the Charter to specify what happens if governance seizes up completely. - The ME can still appoint an Election Committee but it's worded to stop them from simply filling the Council with their own appointees. Anthony devised Article 50 of the Charter to specify what happens if governance seizes up completely. John Stephenson (talk) 19:49, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
